Last updated: 2026-05-13. This policy covers only medisina.health — the marketing site. The MediSina HBYS product, deployed inside hospitals, has its own data governance and is not in scope here.
What we collect
- Analytics. When you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized page-view and interaction data. We use this to understand how the site is read. We do not connect analytics data to identifiable individuals.
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, organization, country, interest type, and message you provide. These are stored by Formspree (a third-party service based in the United States) and forwarded to a private inbox we operate.
Cookies
The site uses one essential cookie/localStorage value (medisina.consent) to remember your cookie preference. No analytics cookies are set unless you click “Accept” on the banner. You can change your preference by clearing your browser storage for this site; the banner will reappear.
How long we keep things
- Contact submissions: retained for 24 months, then permanently deleted.
- Analytics: retained in Google Analytics per GA’s default 14-month policy.
Children’s data
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing privacy@medisina.health (placeholder — see legal entity note below). We will respond within 30 days.
Legal entity
MediSina is in the process of forming a nonprofit legal entity. Until that is finalized, this policy is operated by the MediSina working group. The final legal entity name and jurisdiction will appear here once registered.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be noted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will also be communicated directly to hospital partners and active donors.
