Site assessment + sizing
We size hardware, network, and training needs. Quoted as a tailored package — sponsor-funded or cost-recovery, your choice.

Install + data setup
On-site or remote, typically 1–2 days. Initial users, departments, master data loaded.

Training + go-live
One week of role-based workshops for clinicians, admin, and IT. Then live operations.

- An on-site staff member willing to be the in-clinic admin

MediSina is built and operated by a nonprofit. Many deployments are fully funded by donors and foundations who want to expand access to modern healthcare software. For clinics that prefer to operate independently — or aren't matched with a sponsor — MediSina works on a strict cost-recovery basis: we recover only what it costs to develop, install, and support, with no profit margin. Common questions
How long does deployment take?
From discovery call to go-live, typical pilots take 4–6 weeks. The on-site install itself is 1–2 days; training is roughly a week of part-time workshops.
What hardware do we need?
For an on-premise install, at minimum one server-grade laptop or small server, a router, and two client devices (any modern browser). For larger clinics we size up. For cloud deployments you don't need on-site hardware beyond the client devices.
Can we run MediSina in the cloud?
Yes. Two options — we host it in our managed cloud, or we deploy into your own AWS / Azure / GCP account so data residency stays in your jurisdiction. Either way, patient data is yours; you can move it out at any time.
Does MediSina work without internet?
Yes. MediSina can run fully on-premise on the clinic's local network. Cloud sync and AI features are optional and configurable per-clinic.
How is MediSina funded?
